How many chairs should I hire for my ceremony?
On average, you would hire enough chairs for half of your guests. There is no set rule of course, but just a guideline to start with. For Example: If you had 100 guests, you would hire 50 chairs
What area do you service?
We generally service the Melbourne Metro area and surroundings such as The Yarra Valley, Sunbury, The Dandenongs and the Mornington Peninsula. Ocassionally we do travel further For Example: Geelong, Phillip Island, Yea, Kynton and Broadford
How do I book your products and services?
When we have discussed everything we need to and you have accepted our quote, we will create and forward, by email, an invoice confirming your booking and explaining our payment requirements
What are the Basic things I need?
For a legal marriage to take place, you only need 5 people, The couple, the celebrant and the two witnesses (18years+). However, for decor, keep it simple. Chairs for you guests, a registry Table to sign your legal documents, an aisle runner so guests know where the aisle is and can keep it clear, and some kind of focal point such as an arch or LOVE Letters. Where can we visit you?
We do not have a showroom that is open however we can make items available to view by appointment only. Otherwise, we are regular exhibitors at the Affordable Wedding Exhibitions and the Melbourne Wedding and Bride Exhibitions. Head to their websites to purchase tickets.
How does payment work?
We ask for 50% to book your items and confirm your booking. This is preferred to be paid within a few days of receiving your invoice. The remainder is requested to be paid in full 14 days prior to your event.
How long are your hire terms for?
While we don’t charge per day or hour for hire of our items, we do keep track of bookings and may need to pick up late at night after your event as the item may be booked the next day. If there is a way we may be able to leave the item overnight, this is possible. Please Note- Our LOVE Letters are never left overnight anywhere, we will always come and collect them after the event.
Do you hire interstate?
No we don’t. We do not travel anywhere near the VIC-NSW boarder or the VIC-SA boarder, therefore not interstate.
