Terms and Conditions

It is our company policy to keep our clients details confidential, therefore not disclosing information on any details discussed to any third party without the consent of our initial client.
Any photos we publish are copyrighted to ALL 4 Divas and must not be used unless authority is given by All 4 Divas

  • To secure your booking, we require 50% deposit of the total amount quoted. This is to ensure your items are booked for you on the date requested
  • Deposit of 50% needs to be paid within 48 hours of your invoice/quote being sent to be sure your requested items are secured exclusively fro your use
  • The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to your event date to ensure all costs are covered and everything is finalised in time for your event
  • All bonds are refunded by bank transfer into your nominated bank account within 7 days, after items are returned or picked up
  • All items must be returned or picked up in the same condition they were hired out to you for your bond to be returned
  • All 4 Divas reserves the right to withhold 20% of your deposit if your event is cancelled 15 days or more before your event date. This is to cover any costs incurred while planning for your event, including hiring specific items on your behalf and purchasing certain products as requested and reflected on your invoice
  • All 4 Divas reserves the right to withhold 50% of your deposit if your event is cancelled 14 days or less before your event date. This is to cover any costs incurred while planning for your event, including hiring specific items on your behalf and purchasing certain products on your behalf
  • All 4 Divas reserves the right to withhold 75% of your deposit if your event is cancelled 7 days or less before your event date. This is to cover any costs incurred while planning for your event, including hiring specific items on your behalf and purchasing certain products on your behalf
  • A wet weather alternative must be nominated no less than 7 days prior to your event. A contact must be provided so we are able to contact and discuss the wet weather option 1 hour prior to the ceremony start time
  • No refunds or discounts are given in the event of bad weather. It is up to the client to make alternate plans to move the event to an alternate location in advance and notify All 4 Divas of any changes.
  • All 4 Divas reserve the right to not use an item if there is a chance the item may be ruined or destroyed if used
  • All 4 Divas reserve the right to photograph their items once set up. These photos will be used as promotional material. No identifying faces will be published.
  • All 4 Divas may take photos during your event, these will be sent to you for your own personal viewing and use and will be deleted from our devices after being sent to you
  • Your first payment for this invoice accepts the above terms and conditions as a binding contract between yourself and All 4 Divas
